1. Proprietary Rights
This platform and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Focused Driven Lifestyle Coaching, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Permitted Use
Access to this platform is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use by authorized clients and coaching participants. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from this platform without prior written consent.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform
- Distribute, license, sell, or rent any part of the platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. Coaching Relationship
This platform is designed to support, but not replace, the professional coaching relationship between clients and Focused Driven Lifestyle Coaching, LLC. All methodologies and frameworks are proprietary and may only be used as directed by your coach.

All coaching content, frameworks, and materials shared through this platform are confidential and proprietary. Participants agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce these materials outside of their authorized coaching engagement.

Enforcement Notice
