Today we're going to talk about distractions. You know the beginning of the year people were excited new gym membership skyrocketed, but now where are they? Something happened, they got this we'll talk about to talk about; Why Do People Get DISTRACTED?

We will talk about four different types of distraction and each day I'm going to pick out a particular distraction. That in my research in my studies I found to be the most pervasive. And I want to hear from you I want to know what is your biggest distraction. Write to the comment, let me know what is your biggest distraction. What's holding you back?

You see the word distraction simply means to tear apart. It actually came from the French word that meet to Thai horses to your body parts to dismember them. I know that's kind of gruesome so just think about that being tied to horses but anyhow I did, I got distracted. Let me get back focus, I'm just playing. You see I believe that the reason most people are distracted is not because they have ADD attention deficit syndrome or disorder or they have attention deficit hyperactivity disorders and all other stuff COPD compulsive behaviors.

You know what I believe why most people are distracted? TOO MANY damn OPTIONS. Do you realize they've done studies, that if you give a person more than three options they're literally paralyzed, you'll notice that. I never forget years ago I took my daughter Leyley. Hey baby girl she turned 13 and she wanted to go get some makeup and some lipstick you know like typical teenagers do. And we were standing in the aisle and she was paralyzed, she could make up her mind and she stood there for about 15 minutes trying to choose between 4 to 5 different red shades of lipstick, they were all red.

She said no dad this one is cherry, red this one is blood red, this one it was two of the options. What I did I said listen you're trying to pick out five let's go away with two of them. When I narrowed her focus from trying to pick five and I narrowed it down to three and the one that I really wanted to have a put in the middle. You know what happened?
