Let's dive in now...
Sometimes you feel overworked and stressed out which results in your unusual behavior. When you are stressful, doubtful about yourself and in a state of depression you end up procrastinating. You avoid doing tasks assigned to you and you end up doing unnecessary tasks instead of urgent ones. When you are into this feeling it’s sometimes hard to get rid of it. Generally, a maximum percentage of the population is affected by procrastination and the number of students is higher in this case. But in spite of all this, some people have been able to live a contented life with more productivity. They are always prepared to work in schedules and well prepared before time. They are not in the habit of leaving things till the deadlines. Students normally have a habit of cramming a night before the exam; they even finish their homework at the ending date.
But what’s the big deal being a procrastinator? Sometimes when you work as an entrepreneur you put things aside to be done with perfection afterward and it results in delays in work. You become habitual to this. In order to avoid this, you need to cure this habit by using simple steps, work with a step by step guide routine towards your future endeavors. Once you get used to procrastination, you stop doing your work effectively. When you, later on, do your work in a hurry, you don’t feel satisfied as things are done in a rush cannot be perfect at all. When you prolong your work period it lowers your motivation. You are actually sending out a message of laziness to others with a negative impact of non-commitment etc. When you waste your time this way, you get less time to actually do some creative thinking.
The Fear Factor
The reason for procrastinating maybe sometimes you find the work dull or unpleasant and you delay it on. Fear can be the reason of procrastination, fear of failure, end results or not doing a good job at all. So you find relief in delaying and postponing the work, to avoid any immediate stresses. The procrastination routine if persists longer, it can have negative impacts. Lack of motivation can be another cause of not doing your work and wasting quality time doing nothing.
How to Beat Procrastination?
Start working on eliminating this habit and finally defeating procrastination for a routine life. Find any good reason doing your work, try to do it earliest, start with small efforts, and make yourself accountable. That’s it! Once you follow these rules you will get rid of procrastination at the initial stage. Be motivational while starting out any task and hope to get better results. Start feeling excited about your work and then be specific towards your task.

About the Author
I was highly distracted, chasing every new hack, magic bullets, or never before revealed strategy only to end up frustrated, stuck, and waiting for the next trainer, coach, guru to sell me something I didn't need. After years of running in place, I decided that true transformation depended on me, so I learn how to focused my mind and attention using a set of skills and techniques, and within a matter of weeks, my life, and business changed. To save you from my mistakes, I decided to write a blog that would actually give tips and strategies that worked. The second reason for this blog is to combat the irrelevant and inaccurate misinformation out there on how to become better focused, productive, and profitable.
